A historical building located in San Francisco’s financial district to be repositioned into the neighborhood’s living room. The post modern lunch time outlet would be transformed into an all-hours hub with food and shopping that takes advantage of the Bay’s temperate weather patterns.
I managed the BIM for this project an asset on the AOR’s team. The web of existing vertical circulation, San Francisco’s hills, and the future vision for the project were all part of the unique experience in working to create a landmark destination.
140,000 gsf: office, retail, food service, parking garage.
Completed under previous employment.
